Application Process: New Students

Enrollment starts on the third Sunday in March.

Any child applying for admission to kindergarten or first grade must be at least five (5) or six (6) years of age, respectively, on or before October 1st of the current year.

Step 1 – Registration

To begin the Online Application process, please create an account.

A confirmation email will be sent containing a verification link.

A non-refundable fee of $75 per family must be submitted to process the application.  

stStep 2 – Admission Requirements

The application process requires that you submit the following forms:

• Submit Official current report card and or High School transcript
• Copy of Standardized Test (Grades 3-12)
• Copy of Birth Certificate
• Immunization Record
• Physical examination is required (Grades K, 3, 6, 9) before October 31st.
• Submit IEP (If applicable)
• Church Membership Form
• Applicants must submit a Recommendation Form to Teacher (Grades K-3)
• 2 Recommendation Forms from a Principal (current school) and/or Teacher (English and Math of the current school) – (Grades 4-12)

 Step 3 – Academic Assessment (K-2)

Students entering grades K-2 are assessed on their academics entrance level.

Step 4 – Interview Appointment

Students with an IEP should schedule a consultation.

Step 5 – Financial Options

All families must meet with the Business Manager to create a Financial Plan and obtain financial clearance.

Step 6 – Letter of Acceptance

Upon receipt of all required forms at Lake Nelson Adventist Academy, your application will be reviewed by our Admissions Committee.

Acceptance Letter will be emailed which will include details on how to complete the rest of enrollment online on our Student Information System Renweb/FACTS.

Acceptance is dependent upon receipt and review of previous school records.
